At Nomis Soul Healing, I strive to provide room for human experiences. However, in order to make a business run, I have to earn money and late cancellations and no-shows mean I lose out on income.
As such, all my offerings are pre-paid with no refunds. If you give me at least 24 hours notice, I will reschedule you for another time that works for both of us, but if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or simply don’t show up, you will forfeit the right to reschedule.
At my discretion, those who give me notice that they won’t be coming in (even if it’s less than 24 hours) and who don’t have a history of late cancellations and no shows, may be rescheduled for emergencies and illnesses.
